Extend functionality of this library in order to
generate the contents of an APKINDEX.tar.gz file
from an ApkIndex struct (ArchiveFromIndex), as well
as parse the raw contents of a .apk package into
a Package struct (ParsePackage).

Carlos who put together initial version of this code.
