community/ruby-rmagick-4.1.2-r1: test failure in pixel#from_hsla

ruby-rmagick has a test failure:

Failures:

  1) Magick::Pixel#from_hsla works
     Failure/Error: expect(hsla[3]).to be_within(0.005).of(args[3])
       expected 0.0 to be within 0.005 of 0.6

The specific test has temporarily been disabled to let the builders continue.
